| Alexis has clinical experience working with children and their families in a therapeutic setting. She traveled to Haiti in May 2009 and participated in caretaker classes and provided service in orphanages. She has also worked in Uganda and Kenya on humanitarian efforts to provide service to children and help improve education. Alexis has a BS in Behavioral Science with an emphasis in Social Work. She and her husband live in San Francisco, CA. |

| Alissa is a clinical pharmacist at the Kidney/Liver/Pancreas Transplant Program at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah. She became involved with Zion’s Children of Haiti after the earthquake in 2010. Alissa received her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Utah and completed a residency at University Health System in San Antonio, Texas. She and her family live in Sandy, Utah. |

| Amy has had experience in media relations including promotion, start-ups, and public relations. She holds a B.S. Molecular Biosciences/Biotechnology and B.A. Religious Studies, where she received certification in Islamic Studies and Religion and Conflict from Arizona State University. She is fluent in French and semi-fluent in Arabic. She is passionate concerning humanitarian issues, where her work revolves around peace studies, sustainable infrastructure programming, Christian-Islamic communication, and ethics and human rights in the developing world. She currently resides in Chandler, Arizona. |

| Andy is a civil engineer and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Utah. He has worked in Haitian communities in both Boston, Massachusetts and Brooklyn, New York. He speaks fluent Creole, and has served with the organization Healing Hands for Haiti in their Port-au-Prince facility. Andy has a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Utah. He, his wife and son live in Heber City, Utah. |

| Courtney is a school counselor working with secondary students of Nebo School District in Utah. She runs a student group called the HOPE Squad, an organization that "helps kids help each other." The HOPE Squad at Mt. Nebo Jr. High is involved in many charity campaigns, such as collecting food for local food banks, and raising money for organizations to help children around the world. She has a BA in English and a M.Ed in School Counseling from the University of Utah. |

| Jason E. Havey is an electrical engineer for the Department of Defense (DoD) U.S. Air Force. He received both his bachelor's and master's degree from Utah State University. Havey has visited Haiti three times (totaling nine weeks) staying with both family and friends. His favorite area is Zonn-Torbek near Les Cayes, when he spent 4 weeks in the small village of Valer. Havey is fluent in Haitien-Creole. He last visited Haiti in August 2010 as a liaison consultant for the nonprofit organization Zion's Children of Haiti. Jason currently resides in Massachusetts with his family. |

| Jeff is currently completing an Epilepsy fellowship at UCSF. He has traveled to Haiti with humanitarian teams 5 times, including a trip in 2010 after the earthquake with the Utah Hospital Task Force. He has completed two medical research projects in Haiti. He is fluent in Haitian Creole, learned while working with the Haitian communities in Boston and New York on an LDS church mission. Jeff has also traveled numerous times to Africa, primarily working on projects in Ghana and Uganda. Jeff received his BA in Anthropology from the University of Utah, his MD and MPH in international health from NYMC, and completed neurology residency at Yale University. |

| Lauren is a physical therapist with expertise in pediatric rehabilitation and has been working for Yale-New Haven Children’s Hospital since 2002. Lauren fell in love with Haiti through her first trip with Dr. Bigelow in 2009 and has been back for 2 subsequent trips. She worked with a medical outreach clinic in Carrefour in the direct aftermath of the January earthquake, and returned again in May 2010 to focus on teaching rehab education to nursing and rehabilitation technician staff. Lauren received her BS in health studies and MS is physical therapy from Boston University. She resides with her husband in Connecticut. |

| Melissa has eight years of non-profit business experience. She works for the American Academy of Neurology where her primary responsibility is the Palatucci Advocacy Leadership Forum. It is through this event that she met Dr. Bigelow (a 2010 graduate) and became involved with Zion's Children of Haiti. She has a BS in Psychology from Northwest Missouri State University and a MA in Management from Concordia University. Her first time visiting the beautiful state of Utah was in 2011 for the second annual HK5K. She lives with her husband and son in Saint Paul, MN. |

Parker has been involved with the Haitian people since 1998 when he was living in the Boston area as a full time missionary for the LDS Church. He is fluent in Haitian-Creole and has been to Haiti two times as a translator on humanitarian missions. He and his wife, Lindsi, and their four children live in Sandy City, Utah.

| Paul has more than 15 years experience in the Software Development industry as well as several additional years supporting computers in classrooms of the local public school. He has significant experience in the field of web based application development using a wide variety of technologies. He served a mission with the LDS church in the Haitian community of Boston where he learned to speak Haitian-Creole fluently. His experiences in Boston have left with him with a deep passion and love for the Haitian people and their culture. Paul is currently employed as a Senior Software Engineer for The New York Times, he and his wife Melina live in upstate New York. |
