He spent time in the USA (Massachusetts, Utah, and Florida), and when he returned to Gonaives, he reunited with his childhood best friend, Harry Flecher, and created this organization in order to address the needs of school children in hurricane-ravaged Gonaives. Herby has a wife and 3 children living in Florida.

Harry is a lifetime resident of Gonaives, Haiti and is a school teacher. He worked together with his wife and best friend, Herby, to start Timoun Syon to address the need of children in Gonaives. Harry and Isabelle have 3 children and reside in Gonaives.

Isabelle is a lifetime resident of Gonaives. She has worked together with her husband Harry and friend Herby to run Timoun Syon in Gonaives. Isabelle and Harry have 3 children and reside in Gonaives.

Webert is a native of Gonaives and an associate of Herby, Harry, and Isabelle. He has helped the organization get rooted and function in Gonaives. Webert lives in Gonaives with his 2 children.
